Brief Description : An opportunity has arisen at Equinox.Business. Innovation. Design for an apprentice Commis Chef to join their team, learn the trade and work towards gaining a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.

 

Qualifications Required : Food Safety Level 1 is preferred
Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process,

An opportunity has arisen at Equinox.Business. Innovation. Design for an apprentice Commis Chef to join their team, learn the trade and work towards gaining a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.

Duties to include:

Working under the chef de partie
Understand section and specialize in areas: butchery, larder, fish and meat
Assist with stock rotation
Understand and minimize slips, falls and incidence
Organisational costs
Maintain Food Safety policy.
Working safely
Rotation
Preparing fruit and vegetables
Specialise in a station
Mixing sauces and baking.
A willingness to learn and a passion for cooking, report maintenance and possess stamina to work with supervision.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 30 Hours a week
Salary : £269.99 Per Week

Things to consider : Be energetic and have an understanding of regulation and food standards.
Thursday 10.00 a.m. Friday 10.00 a.m. and Saturday 10.00. a.m 4.00. p.m.
