Duties to include:
Working under the chef de partie
Understand section and specialize in areas: butchery, larder, fish and meat
Assist with stock rotation
Understand and minimize slips, falls and incidence
Maintain Food Safety policy.
Preparing fruit and vegetables
Specialise in a station
Mixing sauces and baking.
A willingness to learn and a passion for cooking, report maintenance and possess stamina to work with supervision.

Working Week : 30 Hours a week
Salary : £269.99 Per Week
