Brief Description : A fantastic opportunity for a keen apprentice to join the busy kitchen team at Hub St Ives, learn the trade alongside working to gain a Level 2 Production Chef Qualification.
Qualifications Required : Grades C/4 or above in maths and English is an advantage but not essential. Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Hub has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice chef to join their busy kitchen team, learn the trade alongside working to gain a Level 2 Production Chef Qualification.
Duties to include:
Maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Preparing the ingredients for as directed by your Sous chef or Head chef.
Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately and always using spec cards.
Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Support all team members in ensuring a smooth and effective service.
Communicate positively and clearly with your team.

Number of Positions Available : 3
Working Week : 40 hours per week. 5 days per week to include weekends and evenings.
Salary : £320.00 Per Week
