Brief Description : A great first step into the industry as an Apprenticeship Chef, at The Salwey Arms, learning and training with an experienced team whilst gaining a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.

 

Qualifications Required : None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

the Salwey Arms has a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Chef to join the busy kitchen team, learn the trade alongside working to gain a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.


Your duties will include -
Food preparation & cooking of a variety of meals
Assisting with daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Supporting the team of Chef's during service
Organising stock and keeping areas tidy
HACCP
Being responsible for Food Safety & Health & Safety.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 30 hours a week to include evenings and weekends
Salary : £135.00 Per Week
