Brief Description : Working in this busy administration role at Croft Care Services, you will be required to work as part of a team in order to gain knowledge and skills to complete a number of tasks and gain knowledge towards you apprenticeship.
Qualifications Required : Employer requires Maths and English at level C/4 or above.
Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process
Vacancy Detail : Croft Care provide nursing, residential and community based care services in the North of England and currently have multiple care homes based in the following locations: Wakefield, Scunthorpe, Durham, Huddersfield, Cleckheaton.
An opportunity has arisen to work in this extremely busy environment, and work as part of a close team to reach a common goal. Facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a receptionist.
You will be working alongside gaining a level 3 qualification.
Daily tasks will include:
General office duties in line with this role
Monitoring service calls
Answering and redirecting as appropriate incoming calls
Maintaining day to day running of the office.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 37.5 hours in shifts Monday 9am - Friday 5pm
Salary : £195.00 Per Week
