Brief Description : We have an opportunity for an apprentice to join the busy kitchen at The Market Lounge working under the supervision of the Head Chef, learning the trade and working towards gaining a Level 2 Production Chef Qualification.
Qualifications Required : None required, however, Maths & English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a keen chef apprentice to join their busy kitchen team and learn the trade alongside working towards a Level 2 Production Chef Qualification.
Duties will include:
• Ingredient preparation
• Cooking meals through various different cooking methods
• Plating up and presentation of food
• Taking instruction from senior chefs
• Cleaning and clearing down work stations
• Working in a safe manner at all times
• Portion control

Working Week : 35 Hours
Salary : £136.50 Per Week

Other Information : Wages will be discussed at interview and will be paid at the apprenticeship wage and reviewed throughout the duration of the apprenticeship
Things to consider : There is a set shift pattern which include weekdays, evenings and weekends however, the individual must also be flexible to suit the business needs.
