Qualifications Required : None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.
Vacancy Detail : The Old Horse Pub in Leicester is a 19th Century coaching inn situated 10 minutes from the town centre of Leicester. They offer a daily changing hot plate menu Monday to Saturday as well as our A la Carte menu.
The Old Horse are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for cooking to work alongside the team in their busy kitchen. Directed by their head chef you will receive full training, alongside working towards gaining a Level 2 Production Chef Qualification.
You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Duties will include:
- Food preparation & cooking
- Plating up
- Stock rotation
- Food safety and hygiene within the kitchen
- Taking instructions from senior chefs
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 32 Hours a week
Salary : £124.80 Per Week

32 hours a week at £3.90 includes regular weekends and evenings earliest start 11am latest end 9.30pm
