Brief Description : Dine Contract Catering are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake a catering and hospitality apprenticeship located at Keepac Foods In preston Lancashire.
Qualifications Required : None needed but maths and english will be assessed as part of the interview process.
Vacancy Detail : Working in all aspects of the hospitality industry the successful candidate will learn a wide range of food preparation and cooking skills. In addition, the apprentice will serve customers displaying fantastic customer service and communication skills.
The apprentice will be trained in all aspects of a professional catering environment including:
Food preparation and cooking
Health and Safety
Working in a team
Preparing and cooking a range of hot and cold foods
Following food safety and health and safety procedures
Arranging the service area to present food in a professional manner
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 37.5hrs p/w 07.30 - 15.00hrs
Salary : £221.25 Per Week

Other Information : All of our apprentices complete the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. This is done in work time and supported by the company.
Things to consider : You will be dealing with customers and will be working on your feet for significant periods of time.
