Qualifications Required : The employer will decided what qualifications they require, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Whilst working with us you would be working towards gaining your level 3 Senior Production Chef qualification.
Your responsibilities would be:
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Construct menus suited to the venue, to a high standard and with fresh ideas
Keeping all paperwork in order within HSE regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
Managing a team of chefs and responsible for their training
Organising a rota within a required budget
Responsible for dealing with suppliers and negotiating prices
To assist the owners in achieving long term goals

Working Week : 48 hour week with 2 days off
Salary : £650.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : Senior Chef Production Cooking apprenticeship Level 3
