Brief Description : The Highlander are looking for an apprentices to join their team! A fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to get into the hospitality industry and learn the trade whilst gaining a level 2 qualification.
Qualifications Required : GCSE C/4 and above is preferable, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

They are looking for someone with a willingness to learn great customer service with advice,mentoring and guidance.
Duties to include
• Greeting customers at the table
• Taking orders
• Serving food and drink at the table
• Tidying tables
• Cash handling
• Booking tables
• Working as part of the team
• Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines
• Providing all customers with great customer service
• Liaising with the kitchen
• Training on the bar area and cellar area
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 30 Minimum
Salary : £180.00 Per Week
